You may bring it with you or your doctor may email it to us at touchofhealing333@gmail.com. ATTENTION!!!! WE DO NOT PROVIDE MASSAGE SERVICES IN FIRST TRIMESTER.

- Contagious diseases, including any cold or flu, no matter how mild it may seem
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol-including prescription pain medication
- Recent operations or acute injuries
